OPINION

BILLINGS, Judge:

Appellant Richard B. Bullock appeals the trial court’s dismissal of his suit against the State of Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) and several individual defendants. We affirm.

FACTS

Appellant and the individual defendants in this case were partners who owned land in Provo canyon. The Provo canyon property was the sole asset of the partnership. In October 1991, appellant’s partners negotiated a contract between the partnership and UDOT to sell the Provo canyon property to the State of Utah.
