Mercure, J. *762Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chemung County (Danaher, Jr., J.), rendered January 3, 1994, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree.
As of May 1993, defendant had supplied Allen Gordon with cocaine for approximately 1 to IV2 years.
