¶ 1 This appeal has been taken from the judgment entered in this medical malpractice action on the jury verdict which absolved the then remaining defendants, ap-pellees Mercy Suburban Hospital, Edward F. Schrieber, D.O., Kevin McAveney, D.O., and Frank DuPont, III, M.D., of any negligence in connection with the death of Christopher Haws.
