[ plaintiffs-appellants, Adele Gradnigo (Gradnigo) and her spouse, Gerald Gradni-go (Gerald), appeal the quantum of the damage awards rendered by a jury after the trial of her personal injury action for damages sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Defendants, Hannah Venable (Venable), and her automobile insurer, Louisiana Farm Bureau Insurance Company (Louisiana Farm Bureau), have answered the appeal, asserting the trial court abused its discretion by taxing them with the payment of Gradnigo’s expert witness costs, when Gradnigo was unsuccessful on the particular…
