This is an action of injunction brought by Roy Breedlove and his wife to enjoin the county commissioners of Wyandotte county and a construction company from proceeding with the improvement of a highway which it was alleged was being done without authority and which if completed would do irreparable damage to his farm, and for which he had no other adequate remedy. *755An injunction was granted, and from the judgment defendants appeal.
