¶ 1. Mauricio Aguilar and multiple additional employees of Husco International, Inc. ("the employees"), Husco International, Inc. ("Husco"), and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, District No. 10 ("District 10") appeal from a circuit court order denying all of their respective motions for summary judgment. The parties all agree that none of the material facts necessary to resolve the legal issues presented in this case are in dispute.
