On May 10, 1933, respondent herein, John M. Ford, instituted two actions in the Common Pleas Court for York County against appellant. One action was for the recovery of monthly installments of total and permanent disability benefits and the recovery of premiums paid on a certain policy issued by appellant to respondent, numbered 8070544.
