The Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) filed a complaint charging the respondent, Robert Lee Merriwether, Jr., with professional misconduct in relation to his conversion of money owed to a State agency. A panel of the Hearing Board found against respondent and recommended that he be censured. The Administrator filed exceptions to the Hearing Board’s recommendation.
