This is an appeal from a judgment of the municipal court of Chicago in favor of the plaintiffs below, in the sum of $458, for damages sustained by plaintiffs by reason of damage to a certain shipment of grapes.

The facts show that on November 23, 1923, a car of grapes, commonly known as Emperors, was shipped from Madera, California, under a bill of lading (plaintiffs’ exhibit 1) issued by the Southern Pacific Company, and billed to Chicago, Illinois.
