Plaintiff HCC Specialty Underwriters, Inc. ("HCC") brings suit against defendant John Woodbury, a former employee of HCC, and defendant Buttine Underwriters Agency, LLC d/b/a Prize and Promotion Insurance Services ("PPI"). PPI is both Woodbury's current employer and a competitor of HCC. HCC's claims arise out of Woodbury's alleged breaches of noncompete and nondisclosure agreements. HCC seeks a preliminary injunction requiring both defendants to abide by the terms of Woodbury's noncompete and nondisclosure restrictions. Defendants object. The…
