In this unemployment compensation case, petitioner, Jason G. Mounkes (claimant), seeks review of a final order of the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) affirming a hearing officer's decision disqualifying him from receiving unemployment benefits. The hearing officer found that claimant was disqualified from receiving benefits because he had intentionally falsified a letter notifying his employer, Sears Roebuck & Co. (employer), of his arrest.
