The complainant set up an equitable title to a house and lot, in the city of Cincinnati, for which the defendant, Jerusha Hatch, heretofore recovered a judgment, in ejectment, against him.in this court (1 Ohio, 390), and seeks a conveyance of the legal title, and a perpetual injunction of that judgment. The questions, which have been made, necessarily lead to an examination of the facts of the case. The Miami Exporting Company, on June 18,1821, were indebted to the complainant, then a resident of Baltimore, about fifteen thousand dollars, for the notes…
