The widow and executrix of the decedent, filed a provisional acoount of her administration on the first of July 1870. A vigorous opposition was made to it by the heirs of the deceased, who. are the children of the executrix; one of them, a married woman of the age of majority, the others, minors represented by their tutor. The objections set up against the account are very numerous, and a complicated litigation arose.
