In the month of September,. 1920, plaintiff married Arnold Carl Hearn. At the time of the marriage, Hearn was insured for $1,000, with double indemnity for accidental death, in the Indiana Life Insurance Company. The beneficiary designated in the policy was the insured’s mother, Mrs. Susan J. Hearn. Arnold Carl Hearn was accidently killed in the month of July, 1921, and three weeks after his death plaintiff gave birth to a female child, Mary Arnold Hearn.
