— Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a conviction, after a jury trial, of one count of robbery, second degree, and two counts of grand larceny, third degree, for stealing gold chains from the necks of persons walking in downtown Syracuse, New York. Defendant was identified by two of the victims as one of the robbers. After his conviction, defendant moved to set aside the verdict on the grounds of newly discovered evidence.
