Complainant filed this bill of interpleader on March 1, 1930, alleging that it had issued its policy of insurance to one John A. Hurt, which provided for the payment of $200 per month for an indefinite period in case of total disability; that the assured had made claim for disability, commencing on June 20, 1927, and that payment for two months, or $400, had been made; that one L.
