— Appeal by defendant, as limited by his brief, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Egitto, J.), imposed October 4, 1982, upon his conviction of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, upon his plea of guilty, the sentence being an indeterminate term of imprisonment of IV2 to 3 years, as a prior felony offender. 11 Sentence affirmed.
