Movant, Scott D. Barmore, appeals from the judgment denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.
On October 30, 1998, pursuant to a plea agreement, Movant pleaded guilty to one count of first degree robbery in violation of section 569.020, RSMo 2000 (Count I) and one count of second degree robbery in violation of section 569.030, RSMo 2000 (Count II).
