Richard L. Robinson was convicted by a jury of conspiring to distribute methaqua-lone (Count I) and distributing 912,961 tablets of methaqualone (Count II). The district court sentenced Robinson to consecutive sentences of five and three years respectively. This is a direct appeal from the judgment and commitment order.
