In this workers’ compensation proceeding, Laurel Manor Care Center (employer) seeks review of a final order by the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) upholding the award of temporary total disability (TTD) benefits to Sandra M. Matthews (claimant). We set the order aside.
