OPINION GRANTING MOTION TO CONVERT CHAPTER 7 CASE TO A CHAPTER 13 CASE
WALTER SHAPERO, Bankruptcy Judge.
After this chapter 7 case was filed, Debtor moved to convert it to chapter 13. The motion was opposed by some creditors and the Court held an evidentiary hearing.
The Debtors’ schedules indicate they were the sole “owners”(shareholders) of “A & 0 Builders, Inc.,” which appears to have been engaged in some aspect of the construction business.
