OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs.

Defendant was convicted, after a jury trial, of three counts of endangering the welfare of a child (Penal Law § 260.10 [1]), three counts of forcible touching (Penal Law § 130.52), and two counts of sexual abuse in the second degree (Penal Law § 130.60 [2]). The convictions arose out of several incidents that had occurred in July 2009. Defendant, who at the time was 26 years old, was employed as a “Servant Leader/Intern” by a summer school.
