ORDER AS TO BAIL TO RECEIVE IN PATIENT DRUG TREATMENT

The defendant, Omar Valentín-Cintrón, is charged with being a felon in possession under Title 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The Honorable Magistrate Judge Justo Arenas granted bail to receive in patient drug treatment. (Docket No. 12.) The United States moved for a stay.
