Rex B. Valentine appeals the suspension of his real estate broker’s license for breach of fiduciary duties and conversion. We affirm.

Facts

Valentine is a licensed real estate broker for Valentine Realty located in Satsop and Grays Harbor County, Washington. On September 1, 1987, Valentine signed a listing agreement for the sale of property located in Thurston County.
