MEMORANDUM OPINION

LEON, District Judge.

Pro se plaintiff, Estelle Bowers, brought this action for sex-based employment discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”) and the District of Columbia Human Rights Act (“DCHRA”) against defendants, Clifford B. Janey, the superin tendent of the District of Columbia Public Schools (“DCPS”), Dale Talbert, the assistant superintendent, and Donnie Rutledge, the principal of Burville Elementary School where plaintiff works. 1 Currently before this Court is defendants’ Motion to Dismiss.
