Joseph B. Taylor was indicted on charges of (1) possessing a firearm as a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2), (2) unlawful possession with intent to distribute a quantity of powder cocaine, (3) unlawful possession with intent to distribute a quantity of cocaine base, (4) unlawful possession with intent to distribute a quantity of marijuana, and (5) conspiring to distribute cocaine base, all in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841.
