— The defendant seeks a new trial, having been convicted of the crime of fornication and bastardy. The defense offered at the trial was an alibi, the defendant contending that on Jan. 7 and Jan. 8, 1928, when the prosecutrix alleged that he was with her in a hunting camp in the Seven Mountains, this county, he was actually at his home in Milesburg.
