Appeal from the Lawrence Circuit Court. — Hon., J. (L Lamson, Judge. Tbe circuit court of Greene county bad jurisdiction of tbe défendant. Tbe proper method of obtaining service upon a corporation was fully complied witb. Tbe following sections of tbe Revised Statutes of 1889 cover tbe case. Secs. 2527, 2528 and 2529. Every fact necessary to confer jurisdiction and show tbe validity of sucb service -is fully recited in tbe judgment.
