T1 Green Tree Servicing, LLC (Green Tree), appeals the district court's denial of its motion to compel arbitration. On review, we affirm the decision of the district court.

BACKGROUND

T2 In November 1998, Green Tree and Defendant Kyle R. Hill (Hill) entered into a retail installment contract and security agreement concerning the purchase of a manufactured home. Hill executed a note for $25,986, the purchase price of the home, bearing 18.25% interest per year.
