John Dudley Patrick Westrup Andrews, as nominee for and on behalf of certain underwriting syndicates at Lloyd’s, London (Lloyd’s), appeals the finding of the district court for Lancaster County that the evidence was insufficient to support a prejudgment attachment against Ralph Schram and Thomas R. Spahn in their individual capacities under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 25-1001 et seq. (Reissue 1995).
