Defendant John Ronald Price appeals from judgment of conviction on two counts of burglary entered by the District Court of the Sixth Judicial District, Park County, Montana. We affirm.
On April 10, 1987, Livingston Police responded to a report of a break-in at the Grace Methodist Church. The rear door of the church had been forcibly entered and the kitchen ransacked, but no perpetrator was discovered. Later that evening, a police officer noticed lights on inside the church.
