MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

DUNCAN W. KEIR, Bankruptcy Judge.

Before the Court is the Trustee’s Objection to the Claim of Exemption by Debtor, Tracey Royal, to an inheritance of $47,500.00. The Debtor claimed the inheritance was exempt pursuant to section ll-504(b)(2) of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article, Md. Code Ann., and 11 U.S.C. § 522(b)(2)(A). For the reasons stated below, the Court will enter an order sustaining the Trustee’s Objection and disallowing the exemption.
