Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed June 3, 2003, which ruled that claimant was entitled to receive unemployment insurance benefits.

Claimant was employed as an attorney with a small law firm. Around the beginning of November 2002, the employer began questioning claimant about his future plans with the law firm. Claimant informed the employer that he could not commit to a long-term employment relationship with the firm because he was dissatisfied with the salary.
