This is a suit for $288.75, on an accident insurance policy. The assured, *510Charles Young, was found dead in his bed the evening of August 20, 1923. Plaintiff, the named beneficiary under the policy, brings this suit. There was judgment as prayed for, from which the defendant insurance company has appealed.
