In this case, we are asked to review a chancellor’s extensive findings of fact and conclusions of law in a dispute involving the organization and management of a resort community in Cumberland County. Plaintiffs-appellants are more than 80 property owners in Fairfield Glade, the resort community involved in this dispute. They bring this action on behalf of their property owners’ association, Fairfield Glade Community Club, Inc., which is a nominal defendant-appellee.
