Annette Hinton (Claimant) petitions for review of .an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board), affirming an order of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ), dismissing her reinstatement petition. We now affirm.

The City of Philadelphia (Employer) employed Claimant as a correctional officer for approximately eight years. In the course and scope of her employment on July 4, 1990, Claimant sustained an injury to her right knee when one of her fellow officers tripped while attempting to separate inmates and fell upon that knee.
