Defendant was found guilty by the court, sitting without a jury, of conspiracy to commit murder, Minn. St. 609.175, subd. 2, and attempted first-degree murder, Minn. St. 609.17, and sentenced under the conspiracy conviction to a maximum indeterminate term of 20 years’ imprisonment.
