MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

TROUTMAN, District Judge.

A snowmobile in which plaintiff was riding in Carbon County, Pennsylvania, collided with an automobile and caused injuries for which she now seeks compensatory damages. Plaintiff included as defendants the manufacturer/seller of the snowmobile (Yamaha), the owner of the land where the accident occurred (Pocono West), the driver of the snowmobile (Ott) and the operator of the automobile (Polansky).
