OPINION

Plaintiff Barbara Richardson (“Richardson”) brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3) challeng ing the final determination of the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) that she is not entitled to Supplemental Security Income disability benefits (“SSI”). Both parties move for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Rule 12(c), F.R. Civ. P.
