These are appeals from judgments in favor of the appellee upon verdicts rendered by the jury in accordance with instructions of the trial court. The cases arise out of a collision at a railroad crossing in the City of Baltimore between an automobile, driven by the appellant Friend, in which the appellant Buczkowski was riding as a passenger, and a car of the appellee railroad company, which was standing motionless across the highway.
