This appeal is from a decree permanently enjoining appellant, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Ware-housémen and Helpers of America, Local No. 878, from picketing the retail establishment of intervener, Ralph Royse, and the places of business of all other persons similarly situated.
