The appeal, under the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b), is from an interlocutory order of the lower court denying defendant-appellant’s motions to quash the service of process and to dismiss the complaint for want of jurisdiction and upon the basis of improper venue or, in the alternative, for a change of venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).
