Appeals from two orders of the Family Court of St. Lawrence County (Nelson, J.), entered March 13, 2000 and March 17, 2000, which granted petitioner’s applications, in two proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, to adjudicate respondent’s children to be neglected.
Respondent is the mother of two children, Renaissance S. and Ember R., born in 1983 and 1988, respectively.
