This matter comes before the Court on plaintiff Airborne Freight Corporation’s (“Airborne”) “Motion for Summary Judgment” (Dkt.# 54) and defendant St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company’s (“St. Paul”) “Cross Motion for Summary Judgment” (Dkt.# 58).
