U Hooker International Florida, Inc. (“Hooker Florida” or the “Debtor”) seeks damages against Arthur Rice (“Rice”) and Maurice Gelina (“Gelina”) for willful violation of the automatic stay under § 362(h) of the Bankruptcy Code. 1 The parties to this dispute are by no means strangers.
