MEMORANDUM OPINION
BERNARD MARKOVITZ, Bankruptcy Judge.
Presently before the Court is Debtors’ Motion for Contempt against Jackson & Perkins Co., a creditor in this bankruptcy case, and Joseph J. Bernstein, Esquire and Bernstein and Bernstein, P.C., said creditor’s counsel. The Motion avers that certain actions by this creditor, through its counsel, constitute willful violations of the automatic stay, subjecting both parties to liability for damages, costs, and attorney’s fees, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(h).
