I. Preliminary Matters
This matter is before the Court upon the Motion in Contempt of Court (“Motion”) filed on July 5, 1991 by David and Janet Bennett (“Debtors”), the debtors in this Chapter 13 proceeding. The Motion requests that the Court hold Huntington National Bank (“Huntington”) in contempt for Huntington’s alleged violation of the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362(a), and prays for compensatory and punitive damages.
