In a paternity proceeding, the appeal is from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County (Leddy, J.), dated April 8, 1981, which, inter alia, adjudicated appellant to be the father of petitioner’s child. Order reversed, on the law, without costs, or disbursements, and petition dismissed. The infant adjudicated to be the child of the appellant was born on December 14, 1971.
