This action was begun by Dan Neil, defendant in error, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against the Lonsdale Grain Company, a corporation, plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as defendant, in the district court of Garfield county, Okla., to recover the sum of $995.62, alleged to be due plaintiff from defendant on some contracts entered into between plaintiff and defendant for the sale of wheat.
