The defendant insurance company appealed in error from a judgment rendered in the Circuit Court of Fen-tress County, by the Court and jury, at the April term 1956. The two cases were consolidated for the purpose of expenditing the trial, as they arose out of the same *147transaction. Separate verdicts were rendered, one in the amount of $10,000, plus interest, in favor of Cletis Pyle, and one in the amount of $3,000, plus interest, in favor of Luke Cook.
